Giordano Bruno Building – Saint Thomas University - Colombia

The Giordano Bruno Building is a purpose-built academic facility developed as part of Saint Thomas University’s campus expansion, with a constructed area over 40,000 square foot it is defined by structural precision and institutional-grade construction standards. Designed for high-occupancy educational use, the project integrates architectural clarity with disciplined execution and seamless coordination within an active campus environment.

Delivered with rigorous sequencing, regulatory compliance, and quality control, the building provides durable performance, efficient circulation, and long-term operational reliability—reinforcing the university’s academic and architectural identity.

Productos Ramo S.A. – Industrial warehouses - Colombia

Industrial warehouse facility comprising approximately 100,000 square foot of constructed area, involving full structural execution including foundations, structural steel systems, reinforced concrete slabs, enclosures, roofing assemblies, building services, and operational finishes. The structure was engineered to accommodate heavy live loads, forklift circulation, high-bay racking systems, and continuous industrial activity, with strict control of structural tolerances, floor flatness and levelness, and long-term durability requirements.

The project integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to support logistics efficiency, storage optimization, and uninterrupted operations. Coordinated multidisciplinary execution, quality assurance protocols, and schedule-driven planning were essential to ensure precise systems integration, high structural accuracy, and long-term operational reliability.

The San Alberto Magno Campus, with over 500,000 square foot, is a comprehensive academic development for Saint Thomas University in Bogotá, integrating educational facilities, urban works, parking areas, and supporting infrastructure into a cohesive institutional environment. Conceived as a long-term academic asset, the project required disciplined planning, large-scale coordination, and phased execution within an active university setting.

The development demanded strict regulatory and safety compliance, along with precise coordination between architectural, structural, and civil systems to ensure continuity of campus operations throughout construction. Special attention was given to circulation, accessibility, and functional integration across multiple facilities.

Executed with a focus on durability, operational efficiency, and long-term performance, the San Alberto Magno Campus delivers a resilient and functional academic environment optimized for sustained institutional use and urban integration.
